Then we, at SNAC would like to meet you.
SNAC was founded as a not-for-profit Community Program in 2008, for the purpose of providing training and support to children and families of those diagnosed with any of the Autism Spectrum Disorders, such as, classic autism, high functioning autism, Asperger Syndrome or Asperger’s Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The goal of the South Nepean Autism Centre is to support families and provide networking for them with other families dealing with Autism, while providing a safe and appropriate environment for their child�s needs. Specialist are invited in monthly to provide more in-depth information on language and communication, fine and gross motor skills, play skill strategies and self help.
Mission Statement of SNAC
The South Nepean Autism Centre shall: promote, advance and advocate for the cause of autism, specifically, but not exclusively, within the geographic area of South Nepean.
